Took the MVP from design to validated delivery in 2 months: a Claude-based pipeline that turns a month of customer calls into coaching reports, with model-free quote verification (every quoted sentence is checked against the transcript, so no fabricated quote reaches a client), batch runs of up to 300 calls with live progress, and cost protection so no paid model response is ever lost.
Before that: product engineer on a crypto wallet with 10k+ users, where I shipped a swap widget that generated $10k+ in direct revenue in its first 5 months and set up the project's first testing/CI environment.
