About KOPS

KOPS is a growing media company based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, led by Jordi, one of the biggest content creators on YouTube. Our main YouTube channel has over 15 million subscribers, alongside our gaming channel with over 5 million subscribers.

We are looking for a talented Filipino Social Media Manager to join our growing international team and manage our official X and LinkedIn accounts, including KOPS's corporate LinkedIn presence.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow KOPS's official X and LinkedIn accounts by creating engaging content, planning posts, maintaining a consistent publishing schedule, and increasing audience engagement.

Develop content strategies tailored to each platform, including industry insights, company updates, trending topics, and relevant conversations within the YouTube and media industries.

Manage KOPS's LinkedIn video content by publishing produced videos with compelling captions, appropriate formatting, and engaging copy.

Monitor comments, engage with relevant audiences, research trends, and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and grow our online presence.

Track social media performance and use analytics to improve content strategy and engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience managing X and LinkedIn accounts, preferably for a company, brand, or media business.

Excellent written English with strong copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging, professional content.

Knowledge of social media strategy, audience growth, platform analytics, and LinkedIn video publishing.

Creative, proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.

A portfolio demonstrating previous social media work, content creation, or measurable results is required.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote, part-time position, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Manila Time. Occasional overtime may be required. The role may transition to full-time as the company grows.
