Social Media Manager

Sabre Digital is a London-based ecommerce growth agency working with DTC brands on Shopify. We're hiring a social media manager to run organic social for our client brands, growing their audiences and turning followers into customers. This is a long-term role with a contract-to-hire path for the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for multiple ecommerce brands

- Create and schedule posts, Reels, Stories and TikToks

- Write captions that match each brand's tone of voice

- Edit short-form video and design simple graphics for organic posts

- Spot trends early and turn them into on-brand content quickly

- Manage community engagement, comments and DMs

- Track performance and report monthly on growth, reach and engagement

- Work with our creative strategist so organic and paid content feed each other

WHAT YOU NEED

- 2+ years managing social media for ecommerce, DTC or consumer brands

- A portfolio of accounts you've managed, with growth results

- Strong short-form video editing skills in CapCut or similar

- Confident with Instagram, ---------- and Facebook , plus scheduling tools like Later, Planoly or Meta Business Suite

- Excellent written English with the ability to adapt to different brand voices

- Availability for at least 4 hours overlap with UK working hours

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with Pinterest or YouTube Shorts

- Experience working with influencers or UGC creators

- Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe

- Agency experience managing several brands at once

HOW WE WORK

- All tasks are scheduled and tracked in ClickUp

- You'll work alongside our creative strategist, media buyers, designer and UK account lead

- We move fast and value people who take ownership and bring ideas without being asked

THE ROLE

Full-time preferred, part-time considered for the right candidate. We start with a paid trial on contract, then move to a long-term monthly arrangement as we grow.
