Skilled Accountant - BSA Required

We are a virtual accountancy located in the United States. This is NOT a position for an inexperienced accountant - rather, we are seeking a professional accountant with skills in financial analysis. We are looking for an expert level, permanent, full-time accountant to join our team who can jump in right away and take on client accounts. We are happy to train on our systems and culture but we are seeking a candidate with a high level of experience in bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, running payroll, and is reliably accurate in their work. We specialize in small business accounting with a bookkeeping focus and we work with a wide variety of companies across many industries throughout the country.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep knowledge of small business accounting, excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow with the company. In addition, an expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks Online is required. We will only interview candidates with at least 4 years experience in the field. Responsibilities:

Responding to client email s regarding financial reports/statements, updates on their Quickbooks Online account, status updates for cleanup/setup/monthly reconciliations, etc.

Pursuing clients for sales summary reports, payroll reports, bank statements, and other miscellaneous files needed

Ensuring that client’s QBO account is up to date on app integration and bank sync’s

Updating Double (our CRM) daily on tasks and projects that you complete

Send your direct manager a DAR (daily accomplishment report)

15-25 clients or $10,000/mo in Revenue Under Mgmt. (RUM)

Qualifications:

BSA or equivalent

4 years of QuickBooks Online experience required

Advanced QuickBooks Online certification (if you do not currently have this updated, you can still apply for the position)

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Ability to multitask with accuracy and transition between the books of multiple businesses each day

Ability to work with efficiency and accuracy under tight deadlines

Excellent time management ability

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, Mondays to Fridays. We will need you to be available between 9AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time (9PM - 5AM Philippine Time). We honor all Filipino holidays as long as all required tasks are completed and all deadlines are met.

Salary:

$1500USD per month (dependent on level of experience and ability)
