ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management CLM Consultant Banking

Muller’s Solutions is looking for an experienced ServiceNow CLM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and a background in the Banking/Financial Services sector .
Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM solutions .

- Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation.

- Manage contract lifecycle processes including contract creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination .

- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.

- Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs .

- Support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

Requirements

4+ years of ServiceNow experience .

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM .

Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.

Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications .

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations .

Experience with data migration and testing.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow certification is a plus.
