ServiceNow Architect (Top Secret Clearance Required)

As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be a crucial member of our ServiceNow practice, responsible for providingexpertisein allfacetsof the ServiceNow platformand integrated technologies. Your primary role will be to design and architect comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' business requirements while aligning with industry best practices. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. Your responsibilities include:

Solution Design and Architecture:Provideexpert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices. Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions that meet clients' requirementsandleveragethe ServiceNow platform and integrations effectively.Identifyand solve potential challenges.

Implementation Support: Support the delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical oversight and ensure the design is accurately implemented. Ensure deliveries follow ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes. Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless workflows and automate business processes. Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms.

Performance Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and optimizations to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of ServiceNow and integrated solutions. Address performance bottlenecks.

Quality Assurance: Design quality assurance plans and ensure the technical deliverables meet quality standards and best practices.

Project Management: Work with project managers to keep projects withinscopeand timeline. Communicate project status with practice leadership and clients. Support deployment registrations tomaintainServiceNow partner status.

Security and Compliance: Design the security plan and ensure all solutions follow security best practices and compliance requirements. Work with security teams to implement security measures andmaintaina secure environment.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines. Contribute to the knowledge base and share best practices within the team and the Practice. Lead knowledge sharing sessions across the practice.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in ServiceNow and integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends. Enhance yourexpertiseto provideinnovative solutions and approaches.

Client Relationships: Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Strategic Relationships: Foster enduring relationships between ICF , ServiceNow, and our clients.Facilitate collaboration and issue resolution.

Corporate Growth: Contribute to the growth of the business. Lead the development of client roadmaps toidentifyand foster new opportunities for ICF services and ServiceNowlicensessales. Present proposed solutions to potential clients, explaining the technical details in a clear and understandable manner. Collaborate with the proposal teams and create compelling proposals and oral presentations that outline the technical aspects of the solution.

Required Experiences and Certifications
