The Role:

Digible, Inc. is looking for an SEO Strategist to join our team!

The SEO Strategist is a hands-on SEO practitioner and performance owner within Digible’s SEO practice. You manage a portfolio of local SEO campaigns across multifamily, student, senior, and single-family rental properties, applying professional judgment across technical, on-site, and off-site SEO. You directly execute when diagnosis, risk, ambiguity, or continuity materially benefits from Strategist expertise while leveraging SEO Coordinators for standardized implementation, recurring audits, listings, citations, data pulls, and other repeatable execution.

What you'll do:

SEO campaign execution:

- Manage a portfolio of up to 108 accounts, owning SEO performance and directly executing technical, local, and content work when professional judgment is required, while leveraging Coordinators for standardized implementation.

- Diagnose and prioritize on-site and off-site optimizations that drive organic visibility and keyword rankings; directly implement complex or nonstandard changes and delegate repeatable implementation where appropriate.

- Conduct website audits, determine the appropriate technical SEO recommendations, and implement or direct implementation based on complexity, risk, and whether continuity from diagnosis materially benefits the outcome.

- Own the strategic use and health of Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console across assigned accounts while leveraging Coordinators for standardized maintenance and updates.

- Drive organic traffic and rankings through proven SEO fundamentals

- Flag accounts with declining visibility or technical health trends before they become a client-facing issue

Analysis & reporting:

- Analyze campaign performance and ROI and own the client-facing interpretation and recommendations, using
