About us

Local Interactive is a New York–based SEO agency, in business since 2007. We run search programs for healthcare, behavioral health, and multi-location brands. We’re a small team with real accounts and no link packages or ranking guarantees.

The problem I’m hiring to solve

Daily on-page work and weekly client reporting across my accounts all run through me, and that’s why strategy work isn’t getting done.

What you’ll actually own

- Daily on-page optimization in WordPress (Rank Math/Yoast): titles, metas, headings, internal links, content refreshes

- Structured data: writing, implementing, and validating JSON-LD schema

(LocalBusiness, MedicalOrganization, FAQ, Article, Breadcrumb, Service) and fixing errors flagged in Search Console

- Finding the pages that are one good edit away from page one, using Search Console query data

- Keyword mapping and content briefs our writers can execute without asking questions

- Spotting technical issues (indexing, redirects, canonicals) and flagging them with a clear recommendation

- A weekly written update per client: what moved, what you did, what’s next

You’ll work directly with me. Your changes go live, and you’ll see what they do.

Who this is for

You have three or more years of hands-on SEO, ideally at an agency, managing several sites at once. You can open a GSC query report and tell me which pages to work on this week and why. You can write JSON-LD by hand, not just toggle a plugin setting, and you know how to validate it with the Rich Results Test and Schema Markup Validator. You’re fast and clean in WordPress, and you use Ahrefs or SEMrush and Screaming Frog in your real workflow, not just on your resume. You write clear English; we work across a 12-hour time difference, so almost everything is written. Who this is not for

If your approach includes guaranteed rankings, bulk backlink packages, PBNs, or “high DA” links, we’re not a fit. The same goes if you need a task list handed to you every morning.

Paid skills assessment ($30 for about 90 minutes) and a paid first week. I don’t ask for free work.

How to apply

1- Your resume, plus two sites you’ve worked on, with what you specifically did on each

2- Answers to the three questions below, in your own words. Short is fine; vague is not.

3- A Loom video, 3 minutes max ( ---------- , free), sharing your screen. Show me:

-One SEO case study you personally delivered. Open the client’s live Google Search Console with the date range visible

and show the traffic increase, before and after. Then show the rankings you moved, live in Search Console or

Ahrefs/SEMrush. Tell me what you did that caused it.

- One piece of technical work you’re proud of, such as structured data you implemented, shown in the page source or the

Rich Results Test, or a technical fix and its result.

You may blur client names or domains if you’re under NDA. Screenshots alone won’t be accepted; I want to see the live account.
