Senior Web Developer – AI/LLM Integration
Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to contribute to the development and integration of innovative digital applications within a multidisciplinary Agile team. The role focuses on JavaScript/Node.js, React, microservices , and AI/LLM integration.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain high-quality web applications.

- Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using JavaScript, Node.js, and React .

- Design and integrate microservices and distributed applications.

- Work with Docker, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and Redis .

- Contribute to application architecture and technical solution design.

- Support and coach other developers and take a leading role within the development team.

- Integrate AI/ML models, LLMs, VLMs, and RAG into applications.

- Work on multimodal AI solutions involving text, images, and video.

- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in web/software development.

- Strong experience with:
- JavaScript

- Node.js

- React

- CSS

- Microservices

- Docker

- RabbitMQ

- PostgreSQL or another relational database

- Strong programming, testing, and debugging skills.

- Experience leading or coaching development teams.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs/VLMs, prompt engineering, and AI model integration is a strong advantage.

- Knowledge of vector databases and RAG is an advantage.

- Experience with data preprocessing, fine-tuning, or multimodal applications is a plus.

- Knowledge of Elixir is an advantage.
