Senior UI Designer - Visual & Interaction Design - Robusta - Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and creative  Senior UI Designer  to join Robusta, a leading digital agency that crafts human-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will focus on creating  high-quality, visually compelling, and intuitive digital interfaces  across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with UX, product, and development teams to translate concepts and user needs into polished, engaging, and scalable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling and intuitive  UI designs  for web and mobile platforms.
- Translate UX concepts, user flows, and requirements into  high-fidelity interfaces .
- Develop and maintain  scalable UI components and design systems .
- Apply strong knowledge of  visual hierarchy, typography, color, layout, spacing, and interaction design .
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Ensure consistency across digital products while following  brand guidelines and accessibility standards .
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate  design implementation and pixel-perfect handoff .
- Stay up to date with modern  UI, visual, interaction, and digital design trends .
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design quality and processes.
