About the Role

We are looking for a thoughtful, outcome-focused Product Manager to take ownership of the product development lifecycle—from shaping ideas with stakeholders to defining requirements, prioritizing the roadmap, and partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver meaningful product improvements.

In this role, you'll work closely with engineering, design, account teams, and business stakeholders to understand customer needs, translate complex business requirements into clear product solutions, and ensure we're building products that deliver measurable business and user value.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and account teams to gather feature requests and understand business needs.

- Translate high-level requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements .

- Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, roadmap, and release plans based on business impact, customer needs, and technical considerations.

- Partner closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Lead customer and stakeholder discussions, document requirements, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

- Serve as the primary product point of contact for account teams and business stakeholders, providing clarity on priorities, trade-offs, dependencies, and timelines .

- Define lightweight product and delivery processes that improve team efficiency and help ensure consistent execution.

- Use customer feedback, product data, analytics, and business objectives to inform product decisions.

- Establish measurable success criteria and key metrics before launching features and evaluate performance after launch.

- Identify and resolve open questions, risks, and cross-functional dependencies before they become blockers for engineering.

- Create and maintain internal product documentation, release notes, and other product-related materials as needed.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Management , preferably with experience building and managing SaaS products.

- Proven experience owning products or features throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle .

- Strong experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and customers .
