Use your technical expertise to optimize Guardicore, enhancing security with micro-segmentation, ZTNA, and DNS Firewall protection.

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Acting as the dedicated technical resource, assisting the customer with platform configuration and use case strategy

- Advising technical challenges and collaborate with Guardicore's services and support teams to ensure speedy resolution

- Creating a complete picture of a customer's environment, processes and deployment characteristics

- Developing a success plan to align with customer objectives, driving value and growth for the customer

- Advocating for customers by coordinating with product, support, and services teams for long-term success

- Maintain operational excellence, managing to key KPIs including Net and Gross Retention, NPS, and Customer Health

Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have experience in Cyber Security in a customer facing role

- Demonstrate a working knowledge of networking protocols and basic cyber security principles

- Have troubleshooting and deployment experience with Windows and Linux environments

- Have proven ability to build relationships across all levels, from CISO to security engineers

- Be fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and instructions to Japanese-speaking clients and colleagues

- Be proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
