About The Role

As a Taxation Specialist, you will serve as a high-touch, member-facing tax strategist for Facet members. In this consultative role, you will be directly on the frontline: meeting one-on-one with members, promptly answering their day-to-day tax questions, demystifying complex tax rules, and translating tax planning into practical, tangible financial wins.

Partnering closely with our CFP® Lead Planners, you will apply Facet 's established tax planning philosophy and methodologies to individual member scenarios, empowering members to make confident, tax-optimized life decisions. This is an advisory-only role focused on delivering strategic planning and member education in alignment with firm standards: no tax return preparation or compliance filing is required.
