About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product discovery, engineering and system design. In this role, you will work on our Sales Planning platform, focusing on building, scaling, and refining core modules like Quota, Capacity, Territory management and our new revenue planning AI agent.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on an early stage product where your engineering decisions directly impact customer success, our common platform and help us build a fully AI enabled product.

What you'll Do

Develop new core product capabilities from the ground up : Transforming initial concepts into production-ready features using Django, Python and React.

Collaborate closely with Product and Design : Translate ambiguous problems into high-impact technical solutions.

Optimize platform performance : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure the platform remains responsive as we scale to support complex enterprise-grade data sets.

Scale for the enterprise : Help us drive requirements and migrate to a new common platform across all our products

Maintain high technical standards : Ensure excellence in code quality, automated testing, and observability while mentoring other engineers on the team.

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack proficiency in Python, React/TypeScript and databases.

Understanding of how to leverage AI tools effectively to ship reliable code at pace

Proven track record of building and scaling products from early stages.

Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment, with the ability to design data models and APIs that support complex business logic and high data volumes.

Customer-centric approach: Proven ability to translate customer feedback and business requirements into effective technical solutions.

High ownership of production reliability: Experience building and maintaining observable, reliable systems in production settings.

Excellent communication skills and product sensibility, with a focus on collaborating deeply with product and design stakeholders.
