Through a robust portfolio management framework, the PMO promotes strategic agility, supports dynamic resource alignment, and streamlines delivery so teams can stay focused on improving outcomes for animals. What You’ll Do The Senior Project Manager, Project Management Office plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of enterprise initiatives that advance the ASPCA ’s Strategic Framework. This individual partners closely with project sponsors, team leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are planned, organized, and executed with clarity, accountability, and consistency. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. They will provide strategic oversight and day-to-day management of large-scale projects, helping teams establish clear goals, manage timelines and scope, mitigate risks, and maintain momentum from project initiation through completion.
