Senior Product Manager – SaaS Platform with AI Focus (m/f/d)

Magicline is a leading cloud-based gym-management platform, powering fitness businesses across Europe and beyond. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help shape what comes next. You'll take on a high-impact role in an evolving organization where AI is transforming the way we work. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Your position in our team - Own your product area end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration - Shape the roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, data, business impact, and technical feasibility - Work closely with Engineering to turn complex challenges into valuable solutions - Lead customer discovery and use insights and KPIs to guide decisions and measure impact - Use AI actively to improve and accelerate your day-to-day product work - Lead initiatives across different areas and teams, working closely with customers and stakeholders Your profile - 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment - Experience independently owning complex product areas - Hands-on experience using AI in your day-to-day work, with curiosity to explore new ways of working - Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills - A solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies - Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment - English at a minimum C1 level; German is a plus Nice to have - Advanced AI use, such as building agents, workflows, or automations - Experience with ERP, CRM, POS, or similar business software Your salary - We offer a salary range of EUR 70,000 – EUR 82,000 per year - Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role Your benefits with us - 30 Days Annual Leave with a 5-day workweek– enjoy extra paid time off to rest, recharge, and balance your work and personal life - Flexible Work Model – 100% mobile work within Germany - Fitness & Well-being (Choose 1 of 2): Stay active your way!
