We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can operate as a true product lead within a tightly embedded Product, Engineering, UX, QA, and subject-matter-expert “pod”, owning a defined product domain and moving quickly from problem framing to prototype to shipped customer value.

This is a builder role, not a traditional backlog management position. You’ll lead the problem-to-PRD loop for your domain, working in fusion with software development and key stakeholders in a hyper-agile, AI-accelerated operating model. You’ll combine customer and market insight, strong product judgment, and modern AI-assisted development practices to define the right problems to solve, rapidly turn them into actionable requirements and prototypes, and continue learning and iterating post-launch.

Success isn’t measured by how many features you ship. It’s measured by the customer outcomes you create, the adoption you drive, and the differentiation you build into Unanet ’s A/E ERP.
What You’ll Do

- Own the Product role within a cross-functional pod spanning Product, Development, UX, QA, and SMEs, leading the problem-to-PRD loop for a defined product domain from framing and intent through prototyping, execution, validation, and post-launch learning

- Operate in a hyper-agile development cycle where Product and Development work in fusion, moving rapidly from problem framing and PRD development to prototypes, shipped capabilities, and iteration based on customer outcomes

- Drive AI-assisted product development through multi-agent workflows, rapid iteration, and clear quality review

- Build and maintain the product context layer for your domain, including skills, agent prompts, and a strategy that brings together jobs-to-be-done, competitive positioning, institutional knowledge, and moat context, as the grounding layer for AI-assisted execution

- Own and influence a problem-oriented roadmap defined around customer outcomes and strategic bets rather than a feature list, and prioritize the workflows and opportunities that matter most

- Translate customer and market insight into clear product requirements, prototypes, and launch-ready deliverables

- Develop a deep understanding of user personas across a multi-product business and use that understanding to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

- Stay up to date on competitive and market developments across AEC and adjacent markets to inform roadmap, positioning, and moat-building decisions

- Help define success metrics, evaluation approaches, and feedback loops for LLM- and agent-driven experiences within your pod, including human-in-the-loop validation

- Support training, beta, and pilot programs for early-stage products and features, then drive adoption, learning, and iteration after launch

- Own your domain and communicate with clarity and strong storytelling to influence decisions and align technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Help evolve how Product operates in an AI-first organization by modeling strong use of AI in your day-to-day product management work

Who You Are

- 5+ years of software product management experience

- Previous accountancy experience or experience building ERP or accounting software for AEC customers

- Proven success operating as the product lead within a tightly embedded, cross-functional delivery model

- Experience operating in a hyper-agile or AI-accelerated product development environment

- Strong experience turning customer and market insight into actionable requirements, prototypes, and launch-ready product capabilities

- Experience supporting a major product launch and then scaling the product through post-launch learning, adoption, and iteration

- Demonstrated ability to understand data models and information retrieval methods and ask the right questions to extract value from data

- Proficiency using analytics to inform product and business decisions

- Comfortable working with technical architecture and mapping data flows
