About the Role
Seeking.com is the world's largest premium dating platform, founded and led by an MIT alumnus and headquartered in Las Vegas. We work at the intersection of technology, consumer psychology, and product design at the highest level. Our mission is to help people foster genuine relationships and find love, and to rethink how social platforms can advance human connection.
We are hiring the Product Manager who is going to help us design and ship the next generation of Seeking: a dating platform good enough to end the current era of dating apps. This is a role for the person who is excellent at the craft and passionate about the purpose of the craft, which is designing and building products that actually serve real customers. You will own the Seeking core experience end-to-end across web and native mobile: onboarding, discovery, matching, messaging, profile, and the subscription surface.
This role is open at two levels: Product Manager and Sr. Product Manager. Level and placement in the salary band are determined by depth of shipping history, ownership scope, and demonstrated customer impact. The role is the same shape at both levels; the Sr. level carries broader scope, more autonomy, and higher expectations on prioritization judgment and mentorship.
This role may also be a fit for candidates whose current title is Product Manager, Sr. Product Manager, Principal PM, Tech Lead PM, Founding PM, Product Engineer, Design Engineer, Group PM, or Growth PM. If your day-to-day is designing, shipping, and reading products that move real customer outcomes, you should apply regardless of your current title.
Most people with "Product Manager" on their business card are not building products. They are managing a queue, running a status meeting, and writing tickets from a backlog someone else prioritized. That is not the role we are hiring for. If you are a Product Manager by title but not by craft, do not apply. If you are one of the small number of Product Managers who love designing products for real people, and you can point to work that has moved the needle for those people, keep reading.
What You'll Own
Core Experience Ownership
- Own the roadmap for the Seeking core experience across web and native mobile.
- Set North Star and input metrics, and hold the line on them.
- Make ruthless prioritization calls and defend them to the Head of Product, the CEO, and engineering leadership.
Doing the Work, Not Just Briefing It
- Sketch, wireframe, and high-fidelity prototype features in Figma, Framer, or code before they touch the engineering backlog.
- Write specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria clean enough that engineers using Claude Code can build directly from them.
- Use agent-assisted environments to produce real, testable artifacts inside a single sitting.
Experimentation, Data, and Voice of the Customer
- Design, run, and interpret A/B tests on activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Instrument every feature with the data layer in mind from day one, using Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or comparable.
- Talk to members. Sit in on user interviews. Read the support tickets. Bring what you hear back into the roadmap.
- Advocate for the member in every trade-off conversation, and be able to defend the trade-off you did make.
Agentic Operating Model
- Build and refine agent workflows that let you produce at scale on your own.
- Contribute to a growing internal playbook so the whole product team compounds.
Required Qualifications (Both Levels)
- Referenceable shipping history. Specific features or products you owned end-to-end, with specific outcomes. If you cannot name the metric you moved and by ho
