Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Partner marketing is one of Intapp 's biggest levers for growth, and this role owns a significant share of how that motion comes to life. As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll define the co-marketing strategy for Intapp 's highest-tier partnerships, build the programs, and measure the impact alongside the partners reimagining how professional firms work. AI and innovation partnerships are the ecosystem's fastest-growing segment, and you'll lead the marketing behind them β€” co-marketing with applied-AI leaders and the emerging agentic partners reshaping professional services.

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role with real budget responsibility. You'll own Intapp 's partner sponsorship program end to end, serve as the senior partner marketing contact across the ecosystem and internally, and bring an AI-native operating model to how the team works. Success is measured in pipeline sourced, partners activated, and revenue influenced. Candidates with B2B partner or alliance marketing experience and genuine fluency in the AI landscape are encouraged to apply.
What you will do

As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you can expect to:

-
Own and evolve Intapp 's partner marketing strategy across the full ecosystem β€” turning it into a measurable pipeline and co-sell engine β€” and lead the marketing behind Intapp 's AI and innovation partnerships, including foundation model, applied-AI, and agentic technology partners. Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for key partners and represent Intapp at partner events and executive briefings.

-
Own the Advantage sponsorship program end to end: position opportunities to partners, track sponsorship dollars against plan, manage invoicing, and hold each activation accountable to the pipeline and revenue it returns.

-
Plan and orchestrate the full co-marketing mix β€” joint go-to-markets, co-sell campaigns, event and partner sponsorships, digital campaigns, content syndication, webinars, and co-branded content β€” that sources and influences pipeline with senior decision-makers at target firms. Set strategy and direct delivery across the marketing and partner teams.

-
Shape the category narrative for Firm AI in the partner ecosystem: the positioning, messaging, and thought leadership that make Intapp the reference point for how professional firms adopt AI through partners. Ensure partners are accurately represented across Intapp web properties, collateral, and other marketing assets.

-
Build the frameworks and playbooks that scale the program β€” partner activation briefs, campaign activation plans, and measurement models β€” and bring an AI-native operating model to the team, setting the standard for using AI tools to accelerate content production, research, and campaign development.

-
Own the partner marketing roadmap and annual plan: assess the partner tier structure, identify gaps by partner type and segment, scope investment, set measurable targets, and translate priorities into a quarterly plan leadership can act on. Define and track partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, revenue, and activation rates, and maintain the reporting cadence that keeps marketing and alliance leadership informed.

W hat you will need

Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this Senior Partner Marketing Manager role, you will ideally have:

-
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in partner, channel, or alliance marketing and a track record of owning strategy, not just execution β€” including demonstrated ability to build co-marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline.

-
Experience owning a partner marketing or sponsorship budget: positioning opportunities, tracking spend against plan, managing invoicing, and holding programs accountable to performance.
