Senior PPC Manager (Remote) – Drive Results for Multiple Agency Clients

If you’ve spent years inside a digital-marketing agency managing high-performing campaigns for e-commerce and lead-gen clients, thrive on analytics, and love turning insights into outcomes, this role is for you. You’ll be the go-to for execution excellence: building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that make a real impact for clients.
What You’ll Do

- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms

- Own daily performance and hit CPA / ROAS / conversion targets

- Analyze data to uncover trends and growth opportunities

- Create and maintain dashboards (AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, etc.)

- Collaborate with account managers and creative teams

- Present performance updates and recommendations to clients

Requirements
Non-Negotiables

- 4+ years of PPC experience in a digital-marketing agency (required)

- Advanced Google Ads expertise (Search, Display, Performance Max), including writing creative, compelling copy

- Proven success in both e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns

- Strong analytical and reporting skills—you’re fluent in data

- Comfortable communicating directly with clients

- Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

- Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, strategic ad copy across platforms

Additional Requirement / Evaluation Focus
We’d like to prioritize candidates who are strong writers, as ad copy quality is a key part of the evaluation process.

What we’re ultimately looking for are PPC Managers who can demonstrate high-quality, strategic Facebook and Google ad copy within a complete ad set—reflecting strong campaign thinking and a clear understanding of how effective ad copy is structured and executed.
