Senior Manager, Audit Operations (CCV Training)
Overview
The Senior Manager, Audit Manager Training leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training and capability-building programs for audit managers and quality audit staff across CCV. This leader owns the curriculum that prepares auditors and audit managers to apply audit guidelines accurately and consistently, including training on AI-supported review tools, human-in-the-loop workflows, and the judgment required to validate AI-assisted findings . The role partners closely with Quality Audit Operations, concept development, machine learning and strategic analytics, and client service teams to translate evolving audit guidelines, quality findings, and emerging AI capabilities into effective, measurable training that improves accuracy, consistency, and readiness across the audit workforce . Responsibilities
Audit Training Program Ownership

Owns and matures the audit training curriculum , including onboarding, ongoing certification, and advanced training paths for auditors.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates training on audit guidelines, sampling methodology, and quality standards , ensuring content stays current as guidelines evolve.

Develops and maintains training on AI-supported audit workflows , including how to validate AI-generated findings, recognize accuracy drift or exceptions, and apply human-in-the-loop review controls.
- Partners consultatively with quality audit operations, analytics, technology, and content teams to translate quality findings and root cause analysis into targeted training interventions.

Builds and executes training remediation plans for identified skill or knowledge gaps, including scope, timelines, measurable success criteria, and follow-up assessment.
- Ensures new or updated audit guidelines and AI-supported workflow changes are supported by structured rollout training, job aids, and post-implementation reinforcement.

Champions innovation in learning delivery , including the responsible use of generative AI tools to personalize training, accelerate onboarding, and improve knowledge retention.
- Establishes training effectiveness metrics (e.g., assessment scores, time-to-proficiency, post-training accuracy) and reports outcomes to audit operations leadership.
- Communicates training performance, emerging skill gaps, and remediation progress clearly to senior leadership with appropriate urgency and action orientation.
Relationship Management
- Maintains professional relationships across audit operations, quality assurance, and the broader audit enterprise. Identifies opportunities to expand training initiatives to create measurable value for internal teams and clients.
- Communicates training opportunities and outcomes to Cotiviti leadership.
- Establishes reporting and insights on training program performance using metrics that matter.
Productivity Management
- Ensures that training delivery goals and certification timelines are consistently met or exceeded. Removes roadblocks to effective learning.
- Monitors trainer and facilitator coverage, redistributing work as necessary to achieve set targets.
- Promptly addresses and resolves issues impacting training delivery and completion rates.
