SENIOR LEAD COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (Remote, US)

The Role

Responsible for executive-level communications counsel and support to Lumen Senior Executives and the members of their leadership teams:

- Monthly updates from Executives to employees

- Quarterly Employee All-Hands Meetings

- Roundtables and other employee events

The Main Responsibilities

- Leads all content creation for Executive / Organization large-scale internal conferences and meetings (example: PD&T Connect 2017)

- Communications lead for at least one corporate-level project (Integration, Strike Planning, Strategic Framework, etc).

- Ensures that the messaging created is engaging, informative and socialized with the right audience group / but is also not silo’ed in nature.

- Drives internal changes and enhancements that will improve the employee experience with our communications efforts (The Insider, new Sales Governance Communications process)

- Coordinates with PR and Social Media to ensure we are getting maximum exposure for our leaders and driving engagement and awareness for employees

- Leads a small team of employees

What We Look For in a Candidate

- Consulting Level Bachelor's degree.

- Typically with 8+ years of experience, 6+ years of experience with Master's Degree.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$105,786 - $141,047 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$111,074 - $148,099 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$116,364 - $155,152 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
