Senior IT Program & Project Management Analyst

We need a senior Information Technology project manager to lead cross-functional, global teams in achieving positive outcomes that allow Conduent to deliver world class solutions for our clients.You will plan, organize, direct, control and deliver complex projects and/or programs prioritized in alignment with client expectations and business needs. Projects may include multiple technology disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering efforts. B asic qualifications for consideration:
Educational requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience.

5+ years IT project and/or program management experience

Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies
Stakeholder management

Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI)
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
PMP Certification

Experience working in a contact center environment
