This role owns purchasing requirements, inventory targets, and supplier/contract manufacturer (CM) relationships for always-on SKUs to ensure an uninterrupted, cost-effective, and quality-compliant supply of raw materials and finished goods, while balancing cost (MOQ/EOQ), demand, and working capital.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that partners with PD/Design, Regulatory, Demand Planning, Sales/Marketing, and Finance to optimize inventory position and minimize out-of-stocks and excess/obsolescence risk. The role suits a strategic operator who thrives on data-driven decision-making, process rigor, and cross-functional influence in a fast-paced, trend-sensitive environment, and who monitors inventory performance, drives data accuracy, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

Contract Manufacturer (CM) Relationship Management

- Serve as Supply Chain's primary point of contact in meetings with the network of contract manufacturers and suppliers for always-on SKUs.

- Manage CM relationships, including performance management and capacity planning; lead regular business reviews covering quality, delivery, cost, and capacity.

- With support from the Packaging team, negotiate manufacturing agreements, pricing, service levels, and terms with CMs and key suppliers; manage CM scorecards, drive continuous improvement, and support periodic RFQs/re-bids as needed.

- Own the purchase order lifecycle for always-on SKUs: place and manage POs for finished goods, bulk, and components; track order status, confirm lead times, and expedite as needed to protect replenishment dates.

- Manage week-to-week production line scheduling with CMs, aligning run dates to demand priority, component availability, and CM capacity; coordinate planned maintenance windows to minimize disruption to the schedule.

- Lead capacity planning discussions with CMs against the demand plan/forecast, flagging constraints (MOQs, changeover time, seasonal capacity limits) early enough to inform production and launch timelines.

- Own OTIF performance for finished goods: monitor delivery against plan, identify at-risk orders proactively, and communicate schedule risk to Sales/Planning stakeholders in advance.

- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for supply disruptions, line downtime, component shortages, and quality holds; drive CMs to corrective action plans (CAPA) and verify effectiveness of fixes.

Bill of Materials (BOM) Management

- Own the accuracy and maintenance of BOMs within the ERP system for always-on SKUs, ensuring alignment with formulas, artwork, and packaging specifications.

- Partner with R&D, Regulatory, and Packaging Engineering on BOM changes, formula updates, and component substi
