Senior Graphic Designer (WFH)

About the job:
1. Lead the creation of high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials.

2. Develop creative concepts and design strategies aligned with brand identity and business objectives.

3. Design promotional graphics, banners, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other visual materials.

4. Maintain consistent branding across all digital and print communication channels.

5. Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce professional designs.

6. Review design briefs and translate project requirements into effective visual concepts.

7. Guide and support junior designers or interns by providing constructive feedback.

8. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop campaign creatives.

9. Review and refine designs to ensure quality, accuracy, and visual consistency.

10. Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.

11. Research design trends, competitor visuals, and industry best practices.

12. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, design templates, and reusable creative assets.

13. Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining strong design standards.

14. Optimize visual assets for different platforms, formats, and audience requirements.

15. Take ownership of design projects from concept development to final delivery and independently solve creative challenges.
