The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Financial Analyst with a CFA designation to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in investment analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning. You will be instrumental in guiding data-driven decisions that support our client's growth and financial health.

Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions

- Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models and forecasting tools

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present key findings to senior management

- Analyze trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

- Perform research and financial / investment due diligence on private and public assets, including early-stage companies, VC funds, and real estate.

- Evaluate investment opportunities and support capital allocation decisions

- Prepare financial / investment due diligence reports for internal and external clients

- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, product) to support budgeting and forecasting processes

- Assist in scenario and sensitivity analysis for key business drivers

- Monitor economic, industry, and market trends and assess their impact on the company’s financial plans

- Support M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration planning

Job Requirements

Professional Knowledge

- CFA Charterholder (required)

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred)

- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking

- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with financial planning software and ERP systems

- Investment due diligence experience with both public and private companies

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
