The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – APAC to join our team and take ownership of finance operations across our growing APAC business. The initial focus will be on Vietnam and Indonesia, where we already have local entities, while the role will progressively support partners and finance topics across other APAC markets.

This is a senior, hands-on role covering a broad range of finance responsibilities, from accounting, invoicing and reconciliation to payments, banking and partner-facing finance topics. You will become a key finance counterpart for our APAC teams and partners, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations while helping us build scalable finance processes as the region grows.
What you will do:

-
Take end-to-end ownership of finance operations across APAC, initially focusing on Vietnam and Indonesia and progressively supporting other APAC markets, covering accounting, invoicing, settlement, reconciliation, banking and payments.

-
Review and optimise local accounting operations, working with external providers to ensure accurate and timely accounting, compliance and month-end closing. Where needed, support the selection, negotiation, onboarding and transition of accounting providers.

-
Manage local banking relationships and support entity financing activities, including new local bank setups if required, intercompany funding, transfer pricing arrangements, loans and capital increases. Coordinate required documentation, banking processes and local regulatory registrations or reporting.

-
Support monthly financial reporting and P&L analysis across the APAC region, identifying key trends, variances and risks and providing clear insights to management and business teams. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning as required.

-
Act as a key Finance point of contact for APAC partners, supporting finance-related questions. Own complex or urgent cases and coordinate with internal teams to drive timely, solution-oriented resolution.

-
Drive improvements to finance processes and internal systems, particularly across billing, reconciliation and payment workflows, working with Finance, Product and Tech to improve accuracy, automation, controls and scalability. Support the financial setup of new partners, markets and entities.

-
Collaborate across Finance and the wider organisation, supporting cross-functional initiatives, team priorities and additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Workplace: Vietnam / Indonesia & Remote
