About the Role
As a Senior Sales Director at Tebra , you will lead a high-performing sales organization focused on driving new business across key segments. This senior leadership role goes beyond quota attainment โ youโll be a key player and important partner in shaping sales strategy, mentoring sales leaders and scaling revenue in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Your Area of Focus
- Lead, develop, and scale a team of Leaders across multiple segments capable of consistently delivering results
- Understand industry, product, competitive landscape and Tebra โs unique value proposition to effectively position our offerings and win new customers
- Drive teams to consistently hustle, achieving efficiency and effectiveness targets
- Partner with Sales leadership to refine sales strategy, systems and processes
- Build growth and always be learning mindset across your teams
- Own forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and sales efficiency metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality customer journey and strong customer retention
- Work with Marketing partners to create, test and execute campaigns
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Sales leadership
- Coach and mentor rising sales leaders and contribute to leadership hiring
- Building high performing, accountable, resilient, solutions-oriented culture
Your Professional Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience in a Sales Management and Director positions
- Proven ability to consistently deliver sales objectives and results
- Proficiency in full-cycle selling both in inbound and outbound motions
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong forecasting and reporting skills
- Demonstrated success recruiting and assessing talent and building winning teams
- Experience in the Healthcare IT industry and strong market knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership influencing broader go-to-market strategy, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations
- Proven experience driving strategic Sales and Business initiatives
- Strong understanding of complex solution selling, sales methodologies, SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, sales cycles)
- BA/BS required
