About the Role
ADDMORE Services LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Designer III with a strong background in Architecture and Interior Design to support the design and delivery of high-quality international projects.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, hands-on designer capable of contributing throughout multiple phases of a project, from concept and schematic design through design development, construction documentation, and project coordination .
This position requires a strong combination of design sensitivity, technical documentation skills, architectural detailing, interior design knowledge, and multidisciplinary coordination .
We are looking for someone who can work with a high degree of autonomy, translate design intent into technically resolved solutions, and collaborate effectively with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design solutions from conceptual and schematic design through design development and construction documentation .
- Produce and coordinate architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, and related technical documentation.
- Develop interior layouts, space-planning solutions, and detailed design packages.
- Support the selection and specification of materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and FF&E .
- Develop architectural details, custom millwork, cabinetry, and interior design elements as required.
- Translate design concepts and client requirements into functional, aesthetically strong, and technically buildable solutions.
- Coordinate architectural and interior design requirements with MEP, structural, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other disciplines .
- Review project documentation to identify coordination issues, discrepancies, or constructability concerns.
- Support the preparation and review of construction documentation and drawing packages.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate design decisions clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, samples, and other construction-phase documentation when required.
- Support project managers and design leads throughout project development and delivery.
- Maintain high standards of design quality, technical accuracy, documentation, and attention to detail.
- Work independently while managing assigned priorities, deadlines, and project deliverables.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field .
- Approximately 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience in architecture, interior architecture, or interior design.
- Strong experience delivering residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, workplace, or high-end interior projects .
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple project phases, including:
- Concept Design
- Schematic Design
- Design Development
- Construction Documentation
- Strong experience producing and coordinating technical architectural and interior design drawings.
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD .
- Strong working knowledge of SketchUp or similar 3D design tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design-presentation software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E, lighting, millwork, and architectural detailing .
- Ability to read, understand, and coordinate architectural, engineering, and construction drawings.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
