Salary Ranges from $800 to $2000/month

Candidates shall be competent in the following:

Conversion-Centric Design: Develop high-converting Amazon Product Images, Premium A+ Content, and brand-aligned product/packaging illustrations, applying advanced color theory, typography, and layout principles to drive measurable CTR and CVR lift across the catalog. Concept UGC-style creatives and short-form video to support marketplace expansion and social/ad channels, ensuring every asset feels native to its platform rather than repurposed. All designs must respect brand guidelines and favor clean, minimal execution over busy or cluttered layouts, prioritizing clarity and impact at a glance. Candidates must show a strong, established portfolio of independent Amazon/e-commerce work — this is not an entry-level or training position.

Creative Direction & Agency Management: Write clear, detailed creative briefs for both external agencies and internal team members, ensuring every brief keeps brand identity strongly aligned across all designers and collaborators, regardless of who's executing the work. Manage external design and photography agencies against these briefs, reviewing deliverables for brand and conversion standards and ensuring visual assets identify product USPs and convey a cohesive brand message across every listing. Create high-converting web UI/UX layouts, landing pages, and storefront assets to enhance digital brand presence and maximize DTC conversions across every touchpoint.

AI-Enhanced Workflow: Leverage modern AI tools (Krea, Claid, Claude, ChatGPT) through advanced prompt engineering to generate and edit UGC-style images and video, accelerate concepting, draft creative briefs, and streamline communication with agencies and the team via Slack and Google Drive.

Professional Characteristics: We're looking for someone who types 50+ WPM, stays resourceful, and collaborates well at a senior level. You should proactively share ideas and progress, bringing creative energy that competes at a CPG-level bar. We value designers who evolve their craft naturally, without needing to be pushed, and who bring a genuine drive to keep growing. We also value ownership—when something isn't working, we'd rather you speak up early and help shape the fix than stay quiet.
