Salary Ranges from $800 to $2000/month

Candidates shall be competent in the following:

Account Defense & Catalog Integrity: Maintain "Perfect Account Health" by resolving Account Health Violations and A-to-z Claims swiftly and thoroughly, escalating only when necessary; manage the catalog by troubleshooting listing suppressions, executing Variations/Merges, and providing professional, timely responses to all Buyer Messages across every ASIN in the portfolio. Pursue removal of negative and policy-violating reviews, and bring advanced-level case resolution experience to handle complex, escalated Amazon cases end-to-end, from initial filing through final resolution, without letting cases stall in the queue.

Inventory Management & Financial Recovery: Execute Shipment Reconciliations and pursue maximum reimbursements for lost, damaged, or destroyed inventory across all fulfillment centers, leaving no eligible claim unfiled. Proactively manage stock levels to minimize losses by resolving Stranded Inventory and overseeing Unfulfillable (UFI) or Removal Orders before they impact account performance or tie up working capital. Coordinate closely with the Operations team on catalog and shipment management, and with the Marketing team, to ensure account health and listing status stay tightly aligned with broader business performance and growth initiatives.

Technical Proficiency & Prompting: Leverage modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) through advanced prompt engineering to synthesize Amazon policy documentation, draft persuasive case appeals and reimbursement claims, and automate administrative tracking via Slack and Google Drive—ensuring fast resolution, consistent follow-through, and account health protection across the full catalog, day in and day out.

Professional Characteristics: We're looking for someone who types 60+ WPM, stays determined, and works well with others at a senior level. You should proactively update the team with clear, actionable progress reports and bring a precision-first mindset to your work.
