- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve BI performance and data freshness.

- Stay current on BI trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance reporting
capabilities.

- Experience working with large datasets and optimizing for cost and performance in a cloud context.

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business
insights.

- Passion for understanding the business domain and adding value beyond technical
delivery.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with ETL tools (AWS Glue, dbt, Talend, etc.).

- Knowledge of Python or SQL-based automation for BI tasks.

- Familiarity with data governance, security, and cost optimization in AWS.

- Exposure to SaaS environments and multi-tenant BI architectures.

- Knowledge of other BI tools.

Profile:

- Analytical mindset, able to work independently and take ownership of technical
components.

- Comfortable working with Infrastructure as Code and AWS-native tools.

- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
