-
Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve platform availability, scalability, observability, and operational resilience by implementing monitoring, alerting, logging, service-level indicators (SLIs), service-level objectives (SLOs), automated remediation, and incident response processes.

-
Design, implement, and operate Kubernetes and Amazon EKS environments while partnering with Security and Architecture teams to embed cloud security controls, policy-as-code, compliance validation, IAM, and governance into cloud platform services and infrastructure delivery pipelines.

-
Collaborate across Cloud Engineering, Architecture, Security, Product, and Application Development teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, support production environments, evaluate emerging technologies, and continuously improve cloud platform capabilities through automation, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
