Job Summary:
As PayPal continues its mission to revolutionize commerce, we’re looking for a driven Senior Account Representative to join our Small and Medium Business Sales team in Germany.

Small businesses are the engine of local economies everywhere, and PayPal ’s SMB team helps them compete on a bigger stage. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end commercial relationships for a portfolio of around 80 of our higher-value SMB merchants across West and Central Germany.

You’ll proactively identify opportunities to deepen relationships, expand product adoption and solve merchant needs to protect and grow transaction margin. It’s a role for someone who wants real ownership, from spotting the next growth opportunity to working through merchant problems that don’t yet have a playbook.

This is a virtual position, with our German headquarters located in Berlin. Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:

- Collaborate internally to influence process quality and efficiency.

- Determine appropriate actions and consider alternative solutions.

- Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with small and medium-sized merchants.

- Use analytical skills and judgment to recommend best solutions.

- Influence through defined processes and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

What You’ll Do

Own the commercial relationship with your merchants across West and Central Germany , working closely with colleagues across PayPal to deliver strong end-to-end outcomes.
