SAP HCM Consultant (TM, OM & PA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules including TM, OM, and PA.
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective SAP HCM solutions.
- Manage employee master data, organizational structures, and time management processes.
- Implement and support payroll-related integrations with PA and TM modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications and support documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM TM, OM, and PA.
- Good understanding of Personnel Administration actions and organizational structures.
- Experience in Time Management configuration, work schedules, absence/attendance management, and quota processing.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with Payroll and SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
- Experience in support, implementation, or upgrade projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
