Role Overview:

As a Senior SAP Concur Administrator, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert responsible for the end-to-end management of the SAP Concur ecosystem. You will work closely with global finance, IT, and procurement stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with evolving business requirements and compliance standards. Your daily focus will involve maintaining system integrity, optimizing complex workflows, and spearheading integration initiatives that bridge the gap between Concur and core ERP systems, ultimately ensuring a seamless user experience for thousands of employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain SAP Concur modules including Expense, Invoice, Travel, and Request to ensure alignment with global financial policies.

- Manage complex business process workflows and approval hierarchies to drive efficiency in spend management and reimbursement cycles.

- Oversee SAP integration projects to ensure seamless data flow between Concur and internal ERP environments, minimizing manual intervention.

- Lead system administration tasks, including user provisioning, audit trail management, and configuration changes to support organizational growth.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve system bottlenecks and enhance platform performance for end-users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP Concur configuration management, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end travel and expense lifecycle.

- Proven ability to manage complex SAP integrations and troubleshoot data synchronization issues within large-scale ERP environments.

- Strong analytical mindset to translate complex business requirements into scalable system configurations and automated workflows.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively partner with global stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and manage vendor relationships.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities with a focus on precision and compliance.

- A Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, complemented by 5 to 10 years of professional experience in system administration.

- Flexibility to work from our office, engaging with global teams across different time zones to ensure continuous system availability.
