Salesforce Technical PM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Technical PM based in India.

This remote role leads the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives, with a strong focus on Service Cloud Voice and voice-enabled contact center solutions. You will combine technical Salesforce expertise with structured project and program management to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. The role spans planning, Agile delivery, technical oversight, release management, testing, and production readiness. You will coordinate architects, developers, business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership across multiple workstreams. The position also provides broad exposure to Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, data migration, and Salesforce governance. It is an opportunity to drive high-impact transformation projects while improving delivery standards and technical execution.

Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and closure.

- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery priorities across multiple workstreams.

- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

- Translate business requirements into effective technical delivery plans and maintain alignment between business and technology teams.

- Provide technical oversight for Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce implementations.

- Review solution architecture, integrations, data migration approaches, customization strategies, security models, and scalability considerations.

- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and coding standards are followed.

- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, partners, and leadership.

- Facilitate requirements workshops, solution discussions, status reviews, risk reporting, and executive communications.

- Oversee Salesforce configuration and development activities involving Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and security.

- Coordinate deployment planning, release management, testing cycles, SIT, UAT, production readiness, and post-launch hypercare.

- Support Financial Services Cloud capabilities including Customer 360, financial accounts, relationship models, and service processes.

- Support Sales Cloud pipeline management and Service Cloud case management and omnichannel capabilities.

- Track KPIs, SLAs, project success metrics, risks, and delivery quality while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure technical documentation, delivery standards, security requirements, and applicable regulatory expectations are maintained.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years of Salesforce delivery experience and 3+ years of project or program management experience.

- Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud; Experience Cloud exposure is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, Flows, automation, and integration patterns including REST and SOAP; MuleSoft experience is advantageous.

- Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components, with the ability to participate effectively in technical design discussions without necessarily being a hands-on developer.

- Experience with Salesforce data migration strategies, API integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.

- Strong project management capabilities across Agile/Scrum delivery, risk and issue management, resource planning, estimation, budgeting, and change management.
