Sales Manager Senior (Platform)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Sales Manager to drive international B2B sales of iGaming platform solutions. This role is designed for a strong sales professional with deep industry knowledge, an established network among operators, and proven experience managing the full sales cycle.

The ideal candidate understands offshore and non-regulated iGaming markets, knows how to identify and approach relevant operators, and is comfortable independently driving deals from initial contact through to payment.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new B2B clients within the iGaming industry
- Conduct cold lead generation based on the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Leverage an existing network of iGaming operators to generate new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, and payment
- Work with qualified inbound leads and convert opportunities into clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals and offers for prospective clients
- Participate in testing new sales hypotheses, channels, and approaches
- Represent the company at international iGaming exhibitions, conferences, and business events
- Develop long-term relationships with operators and key industry stakeholders
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
