The Agent Software & Advertising (ASA) organization at Zillow helps real estate professionals grow their business through marketing, sales, and productivity solutions, including our Zillow Pro platform and Premier Agent buyer leads. Within that organization, the Sales Enablement team serves as a force multiplier for sales and customer success. Our mission is to elevate and empower all frontline ASA reps and managers through high-impact enablement, learning experiences, and coaching that drive measurable business outcomes. About the role

Working alongside cross-functional partners and the wider enablement team, the Sales Enablement Manager translates core business objectives into clearly defined and seamlessly executed enablement programs. This role manages the operational lifecycle of enablement programs—from scoping and stakeholder alignment through to execution—ensuring initiatives proceed smoothly while staying on track to meet established goals and outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges enablement, cross-functional partners, and agent teams, requiring strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a genuine curiosity about what makes sales and success teams perform.
You Will Get To

Manage enablement initiatives from scoping through execution, capturing requirements, building timelines, and keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned throughout

Partner with enablement specialists across content, product, and learning to scope, sequence, and deliver programs that serve Sales and Customer Success audiences across all segments

Create and maintain process documentation, project trackers, and communication frameworks that bring operational consistency and clarity across the enablement team

Support the development of enablement SOPs and playbooks that can be reused and scaled across future initiatives

Build and maintain strong working relationships with field-facing enablement partners, GTM leadership, and cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales Strategy

Drive post-mortem and feedback loops, capturing learnings from completed initiatives and helping the team continuously improve how we work

Leverage AI and available tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual lift in program management workflows

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $90,900.00 - $145,100.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $86,300.00 - $137,900.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside. Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enablement, training, sales, or customer success roles in a high-growth SaaS environment

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines with intermittent supervision
