Sales Development Representative | Warm Inbound Calls | US Skincare Brand

Full-time remote · 40 hours/week · Monday–Friday · US Eastern business hours

Pay: USD $1,000–$1,200 per month, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus and internet allowance.

Bambu Earth is a US natural skincare brand working with professional estheticians and spas. We’re looking for a warm, organized Sales Development Representative to help interested beauty professionals take the next step toward a partnership with us.

You’ll be one of the first people a prospect speaks with. Your job is to respond promptly, understand their business, help determine whether there’s a fit, and coordinate a great handoff to our sales and education team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Call and follow up with warm inbound prospects who have expressed interest in Bambu Earth PRO.

• Ask thoughtful questions about their practice, goals, and interest in a skincare partnership.

• Help qualify prospects using the team’s guidelines, and record accurate notes and next steps in HubSpot.

• Coordinate discovery calls with the right team member, manage calendar details, and help prospects understand what to expect.

• Follow up by phone, email , and text as appropriate, including confirming appointments and addressing questions.

• Help coordinate discovery kits, share relevant resources, and assist with order processing when needed.

• Track the status of follow-ups and appointments, flag missing information or process issues, and help ensure prospects do not fall through the cracks.

YOU’RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Experience speaking with US customers or prospects in a voice-based sales, appointment-setting, or customer-facing role.

• Clear, confident spoken and written English and a friendly, professional manner.

• Strong follow-through and the ability to manage several conversations and calendar details at once.

• Comfort learning a CRM, scheduling tools, and new processes; HubSpot experience is a plus.

• Good judgment: you listen carefully, document details, and know when to ask for help.

• Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday shift aligned with US Eastern business hours.

Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, esthetics, or spas is a plus.

HOME-OFFICE SETUP

• Fiber internet of at least 50 Mbps, plus a backup connection.

• Backup power and a quiet, dedicated workspace for calls.

• Your own laptop and phone.
