Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 2 years of outbound sales experience and a proven background in digital marketing, advertising agencies, or agency-based services.

The ideal candidate understands how agencies operate, has experience generating qualified leads, and is confident engaging decision-makers through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound sales channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing, advertising, or agency services.
- Book qualified sales meetings with key decision-makers.
- Conduct research to identify target companies, industries, and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects and generate interest.
- Maintain accurate prospect records and manage sales activities using CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Consistently achieve KPIs related to outreach activity, qualified leads, and booked meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales pipeline.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar sales role.
- Mandatory experience in at least ONE of the following industries:
- Digital Marketing Agencies
- Advertising Agencies
- Marketing, Creative, or Other Agency-Based Services

- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, and appointment setting.
- Strong understanding of agency services, client acquisition, and B2B sales processes.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confidence engaging business owners, marketing managers, founders, and senior decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have
- Experience selling SEO, PPC, paid advertising, social media marketing, web development, branding, or other agency services.
- Previous experience working with UK, US, or international clients.
- Experience building outbound prospecting campaigns and managing multichannel outreach.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding meeting-booking or lead-generation targets.
