About the Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Latin America to join our growing outbound sales team.

This is a fully remote role focused on outbound cold calling for US-based client accounts. You'll work one account deeply, learn the client's market, talk tracks, win stories and objections, and become highly effective at generating qualified meetings.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers

• Work dedicated call blocks and consistently hit activity targets

• Engage gatekeepers and decision makers confidently

• Deliver strong cold-call openers and adapt conversations in real time

• Handle objections effectively

• Qualify and disqualify prospects based on fit

• Book qualified meetings

• Follow up with prospects and confirm appointments

• Learn your assigned client's market, offer, talk tracks and objections in depth

• Manage your own day and consistently hit your numbers without constant supervision

• Stay focused on the same client account over an extended period and build deep market knowledge

Training

You'll begin with a paid training month at $2,000USD focused on your client's talk tracks, win stories and objections. Training concludes with a scored live mock call. Candidates who successfully pass the mock are seated on a client account.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Proven outbound cold-calling experience, preferably selling into the US market

• Fluent spoken English

• Confident and natural communication on live calls

• Strong objection-handling skills

• Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment

• Ability to communicate effectively with gatekeepers and decision makers

• Self-directed and able to manage your own day while consistently hitting performance targets

• Availability during US business hours in the assigned account's time zone - Eastern, Central or Pacific, depending on the client

• Comfortable working on one client account for an extended period and developing deep knowledge of its market

• Quiet and professional place to make calls

• Reliable high-speed internet
