About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Contact parents who have expressed interest in Concept Mastery programs

2. Follow up with new leads through phone, email, and messaging

3. Explain our tutoring, assessment, Math Olympiad, and enrichment programs

4. Help parents select the appropriate program for their child

5. Schedule free assessments, trial classes, and consultation calls

6. Follow up with families after assessments and trial classes

7. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in our CRM

8. Re-engage older leads and prospects

9. Support promotional campaigns and community outreach

10. Work with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion

11. Learn how a growing education business manages its complete sales funnel

- Are comfortable learning CRM and automation tools
