As a Sales & Service Insurance Agent , you'll be responsible for taking our member experience to the next level. Hagerty ’s service center plays a vital role in our success as a company. What you'll do

- Successfully obtain Licenses in ON, BC, Atlantics, AB and MB. Must also obtain their license in NL and SK if necessary for business needs.

- Offer Valuation Expertise on calls

- Successfully sell Hagerty all Products

- Service existing policies and membership needs in a professional and timely manner

- Prepare accurate and complete documentation to support member activities

- Assist collector car enthusiasts and partners through billing, service and sales needs as required

- Help members and partners navigate our website and self-service options

- Learn the fundamentals of hospitality at Hagerty to create and provide a world class experience for our members

- Effectively communicate with members via Phone and Email

- Provide Exceptional Service for Hagerty Members

- Underwrite and issue most policies following our current underwriting guidelines and using Stop Rule Underwriting

- Differentiate and rate vehicles appropriately as Stock or Modified

- Identify specialty risks and ensure proper routing to the correct teams

- Understand Motorcycle Risks

- Apply appropriate storage and usages guidelines

- Run & Understand MVR and Abstract

- Valid Driver's License/State ID

- High school diploma or GED

Other things to note

- A RIBO insurance license is a requirement of this position. Hagerty provides the necessary training and education to obtain licensing as well as materials and licensing fees.

- This role is open to Ontario residents ONLY. Requires a designated distraction-free workplace.

- Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 8:00 PM ET, Saturday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM ET, Sunday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM ET.

- The compensation for this position will be $29.65 per hour with full benefits.

- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent
