Your Responsibilities

Conduct Italian chat-based conversations with potential inbound leads

Use our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customer

Ensure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships

Your Profile

Proven success in chat-based sales or comparable sales experience, at least 2 years

Fluent Italian for client communication and English for internal coordination

Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at the same time

- Forex trading knowledge is mandatory

A self-starter personality with responsibility and the ability to work independently
