Roadside Assistance Representative
This is a remote position.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls from motorists requesting roadside assistance
- Verify customer information, vehicle details, and service eligibility
- Dispatch towing companies and roadside service providers
- Coordinate services such as towing, jump starts, tire changes, lockout assistance, and fuel delivery
- Provide real-time updates on service arrival times and request status
- Reassure customers and remain calm during stressful situations
- Document service requests accurately while navigating multiple systems
- Deliver compassionate, professional customer service from start to finish
Hours Available
- 365 days a year
- 7 days a week
- 24 hours a day
