Love travel and helping people plan memorable experiences? We’re looking for bilingual English/Spanish independent contractors to provide remote customer service and sales support for a major cruise line.

You'll assist customers with cruise reservations, answer questions, provide vacation recommendations, and help guests navigate their booking experience—all from home.

This opportunity is best suited for contractors who have weekday daytime availability . While servicing hours extend beyond the afternoon, most available intervals are between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. ​
Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Windows desktop or laptop computer

- 8 GB RAM minimum

- Bilingual - English & Spanish

- Reliable hardwired high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi only is not permitted)

- USB headset with microphone

- Quiet, professional workspace

- Ability to pass a background check

- Successful completion of a computer compatibility check and online assessment
