Advisory & Planning: Implement business tax planning solutions and provide proactive advice based on a solid understanding of current tax concepts. Ability to provide clients with estimates and tax research

Team Mentorship: Act as a technical resource and supervise less experienced staff, helping them grow through knowledge transfer and guidance.

Client Communication: Break down complex technical tax terms into clear, actionable advice that entrepreneurs can actually understand and use.

Experience: Previous public accounting experience is required, specifically working with multiple clients simultaneously.

Credentials: EA or CPA designation preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of tax planning and data interpretation. Proficiency in the latest tax software is highly preferred.
