What You'll Be Doing
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, and relationship-building activities. Conduct consultative conversations with business owners and individuals to identify insurance needs. Present customized Commercial and Personal Lines insurance solutions. Maintain an organized sales pipeline within the CRM. Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure exceptional client service and retention. Participate in weekly coaching sessions, sales training, and professional development programs.

What We're Looking For
2+ years of successful sales experience. Hunter mentality with confidence in prospecting and generating leads. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Active P&C License preferred, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
