Pay Details:

Base pay for a licensed Commercial Lines Sales Consultant is $56,160 - $66,560 /year + uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses

Average first year earnings range from $70K-$110K through a combination of base pay, performance bonuses and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn $110,000+ / year.

Onsite at: 30 Waterside Dr. Farmington, CT 06032 or Remote if you reside in East Coast time zone

Shift: 9am - 6pm EST
What You Will Do:

- Handle high-intent, inbound leads consulting with Credit Union customers on their insurance needs

- Consult on commercial products and benefits offering a customized insurance solution

- Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers

- Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management

- Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision

- Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture

Required Qualifications:

- High School Diploma

- Active Property & Casualty license

- 3+ year of Insurance sales or service experience

- 1+ year of P&C Commercial lines insurance experience

- Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation

Preferred Attributes:

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Call Center experience preferred

- Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred

- Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not necessary
